Australia-focused · In development
Organise your income, property, investments, superannuation and estate documents in NavLuxeVault. Explore what changes when life changes.
A local-first workspace for complex households, Australian affairs and overseas investments.
Browser vault v0.2.0: local import, encrypted records and backup/restore. Try the separate editable guest demo; native Mac integration is still planned.
01 / A place to begin
Start with the records you already have. The planned vault links each reviewed financial fact to its source.
Employment, business, rent, investments, pensions and overseas income.
A view across assets, liabilities, currencies and ownership structures.
Keep important documents and their locations connected to your affairs.
Manual entry is planned for private equity, fine art and other illiquid assets, with valuation dates, evidence and original currencies.
02 / Privacy, with clear boundaries
The first browser vault imports documents, organises manual records and encrypts them locally. No financial records are sent to a processing server.
Browser storage and encrypted backup/restore are implemented. Native Keychain, extraction and financial analysis remain planned.
Explore the privacy-flow screens ↗Import originals locally and enter source details by hand. Automatic extraction is planned.
Encrypt originals and manual records in browser storage using a passphrase. Native Mac key protection is a later step.
Search, edit and classify records locally. Financial calculations remain in the separate fictional demo.
Download an encrypted backup, verify it locally and restore it into a fresh browser profile.
03 / Game-Day
Compare hypothetical property exits, retirement, income interruptions, interest-rate rises and market falls. See consequences side by side.
A smaller tax reserve comes with lost salary income. The comparison does not identify a preferred decision.
Fictional resident household: annual salaries $120,000/$80,000, spending $100,000 and cash $180,000. Former home owned 50:50; first-rental valuation $800,000; sale $1.1m; selling costs $30,000; debt $400,000. Assumed qualifying six-year absence treatment, 730 non-exempt days out of 2,922 after first rental and the individual 50% CGT discount.
Resident 2026–27 income-tax rates and stated Medicare assumptions; no other income, capital losses or relevant adjustments. Alex has no salary in the retired case. No super drawdowns, inflation or investment returns. Same-day contract/settlement is a simplifying assumption. The prototype includes a fuller calculation trail.
04 / Built in stages
Eight interactive screens, a document checklist and a synthetic property-and-retirement example.
Document imports, manual records, encrypted browser storage, lock/unlock and backup/restore. Native Mac integration and analysis are still planned.
Reviewed pseudonymised server analysis, Open Banking and owner-controlled professional access.
Later server analysis would receive financial values and would not be zero-knowledge computation. Banking connections and accountant access introduce separate, explicit data disclosures.
