Demo account terms

These terms cover NavLuxeVault demo accounts, evaluation scenarios and the encrypted scenario-saving API. They do not govern NavGanitMate or unrelated NavGreenCompute products. Demo accounts are an evaluation service. These terms do not extend to a production financial-record service.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18, authorised to accept these terms for yourself or the entity you represent, and use this service lawfully. Creating a demo account requires an affirmative acceptance of these terms and acknowledgement of the privacy notice. Account IDs and security metadata are handled separately from scenario contents.

2. Demo scenarios only

Use exclusively synthetic or mock examples. You may customise example amounts and dates to explore hypothetical requirements. Customised examples remain demo scenarios, user-customised and unverified. Do not submit real personal, sensitive, confidential or proprietary records, names, addresses, government identifiers, bank credentials, medical records or payment-card details. Removing names does not automatically make real financial records acceptable demo data. Real masked-record storage is not enabled for demo accounts.

The restriction applies to scenario content, not the account/security information needed to provide sign-in. You are responsible for reviewing each snapshot before choosing to upload it.

3. Saved customisations and service limits

Saving is explicit, not automatic sync. A saved encrypted scenario can be opened on another device while the service is available, using your account credentials and storage passphrase. A local demo reset does not delete account-saved scenarios. Evaluation services may change, fail or be withdrawn; no uninterrupted availability, accuracy, permanent retention or recovery guarantee is made.

We may need to remove or reset server data for safety, maintenance or service closure. For planned removal of account-saved scenarios we intend to provide reasonable notice and an export opportunity where practicable; urgent security or legal action may require immediate restriction or removal. Keep an encrypted export and its passphrase. No automatic backup service or backup-retention schedule is currently provided.

4. Account and key security

Keep credentials safe and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. Use a distinct storage passphrase: account sign-in cannot decrypt or recover encrypted scenarios without it. There is no password-reset, email-verification or key-recovery service in this release. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disruption, malware transmission or unlawful use. Any restriction on reverse engineering applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not override applicable open-source licences.

5. Content ownership and privacy

You retain any rights you have in submitted content, including demo content. You permit NavGreenCompute to host, transmit, return and delete encrypted copies only as needed to provide and protect this service. This does not authorise training on or unrelated use of scenario content. See the NavLuxeVault demo privacy notice. Company and third-party intellectual property remains with its respective owners; applicable software licences continue to apply.

6. Illustrative outputs and warranties

The service provides hypothetical, unverified evaluation outputs. It does not validate a real financial position or supply personal financial, tax, property or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, the demo is provided as is and as available, without additional promises of fitness, uninterrupted access, security or error-free operation. 7. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, statutory rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law. All exclusions, caps and indemnities operate subject to those rights.

Subject to those rights and to the maximum extent permitted by law, NavGreenCompute excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use, inability to use, unauthorised access, system failure or prohibited submissions. To the extent liability may lawfully be capped, aggregate liability for claims relating to this demo service is limited to the greater of AUD 100 or the amount you paid for this service in the 12 months preceding the claim. These provisions are not a representation that every loss or claim can legally be excluded.

8. Third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify NavGreenCompute against reasonable third-party claims and costs caused by your unlawful conduct or material breach of the prohibited-content and security rules, excluding loss caused by NavGreenCompute's own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct. This does not waive your non-excludable rights.

9. Suspension, termination and deletion

We may proportionately suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or service closure. We intend to give notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach or export saved scenarios where reasonably practicable; urgent safety or legal requirements may require immediate action. You can delete live saved copies or your account through its controls. Deletion does not erase exports you keep; any future operator backups require a disclosed retention policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Victoria, Australia. Subject to non-excludable rights and any forum available under applicable law, disputes are subject to the courts located in Melbourne, Victoria.

11. Changes

We identify changes by version and date. Material changes should be notified directly through the service where practicable and require renewed affirmative acceptance before further saves. Previous acceptance is not silently reassigned to a new version. No marketing subscription is created by acceptance.
